Drawing Pad with Attached Paper Roll

This is something I thought existed, but can’t find.  It is also something I would like to have for making the sketches on this site – maybe I will have to make my own.  It is a drawing pad with a roll of paper attached.  There are  a lot of easels that have this feature.  It would be nice in a drawing pad because I wouldn’t have to fight with pages and I would have the ability to tear off a 3 inch wide strip instead of wasting a whole sheet of paper.
